Who Are We
The National Association for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Professionals in Law Enforcement (NADPLE) was established in October 2020 by a small group of DEI professionals who are passionate about their cause. NADPLE provides the resources necessary to maintain DEI efforts in any law enforcement agency. NADPLE is a dedicated non-profit organization that believes in upholding comradery in the DEI sector. There are three important components and values to this branch of law enforcement.

NADPLE seeks to legitimize the impact of DEI in Law Enforcement in various ways. DEI covers three different areas of focus.
DIVERSITY
The full spectrum of human differences.
EQUITY
The removal of barriers that prevent access to resources and opportunities.
INCLUSION
Welcoming, valuing, and respecting the ideas, contributions, and presence of each individual.
